Day 12

Tight Hips and Hamstrings Stretch

Want more tightness in your back and legs? Don’t you dare do this stretch routine then! Just stay very far away. Stretching your hips and hamstrings can help alleviate lower back pain and keep you up and moving the way you want i.e.. sports, walking, dancing,

spelunking etc. Don’t stretch them and get ready for a lot of PAIN. We don’t like pain. Avoid if you can. It’s your decision.

So many of us spend A LOT of time sitting and standing during the day which puts pressure on the spine and lower back causing compression. Ouch.

This was one of those “impromptu” videos that really turned out well. And a big “Thanks” to my driveway for providing a studio for so much filming. The asphalt is rather soft. Let’s give a shout-out to driveways everywhere!
